If you encounter a problem, please, follow these steps:

  1. Check the product web page to see if there is an available upgrade that could solve your troubles. If is a newer version is available, then download it from our downloads page and install it.
    It is always good idea to backup (zip whole the product install directory) your current installation before installing a new version.
  2. If you are not able to solve your problem using the latest version of your product then e-mail us the problem.

    Please make sure to include:
  • Your name
  • Product name and version
  • Your order number (if you are registered user)
  • Operating system (Win95/98/2000/NT/XP/Vista or Mac OS X Leopard/Tiger)
  • Your antivirus or antispy software installed (if any)
  • A description of the problem
